Nick is one of our star athletes here at Kinkaid Family Chiropractic.

Nick has been involved in soccer for 35 years. He is #4 on the UAlbany Division 1 all-time single season goal list! He also has an extensive history of coaching soccer players. He has been a club soccer coach for 19 years and recently stepped down as the Varsity Girls Head Soccer Coach at South Colonie High School for 7 years, after assisting the boys varsity team for the 9 years prior to that. Currently, he is building a brand new women’s soccer team at Bryant and Stratton College here in Albany. Nick is the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and is looking for more female athletes to join his soccer team for the fall 2019 season! If you know of anyone who still wants to play at the college level and hasn’t quite gotten the looks they had hoped for, he wants to talk to them!

When we first met Nick in June 2018, he had severe back pain and hip tightness that affected his soccer life as well as his daily activities. Nick is frequently traveling by car or by plane for soccer related events, which adds to the pain that he was experiencing. Pain made it difficult for him to run and the only thing that would help (minimally) was stretching. Chiropractic care has helped Nick become pain-free with minimal tightness, even when kicking around a soccer ball! Nick loves how simple it is to schedule his appointments online and how quick and easy it is to fit getting adjusted into his schedule. He says that the chiropractor is his first stop before and after traveling for each game. He highly recommends Dr. Jessica Kinkaid and Dr. Ashley Busse at Kinkaid Family Chiropractic for all of his students and athletes.

If you know someone who may be interested in playing women’s soccer for Bryant and Stratton College you can reach out to Nick at nssouthworth@bryantstratton.edu.
